Dr. Fritz has lectured extensively across North America, South America, Europe and Asia and has published many implant and periodontal related articles and three book chapters. Dr. Fritz has developed continuing education programs involving dentists, specialists and hygienists with the goal to provide a learning experience that facilitates the achievement of excellence for all dental and medical professionals.

He is Staff Periodontist for the Niagara Health System, President of the Welland District Dental Society, and Past-President of the Ontario Society of Periodontists.

In 2010 Dr. Fritz was appointed as a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI). The ITI is a network that unites professionals around the world from every field of implant dentistry.

In 2016, Dr. Fritz designed and implemented the first Dental Hygiene Residency Program in Canada; high potential dental hygienists spend one year in his clinic to build on their skills to enable them to become future leaders of the hygiene profession.

Drawing upon the experience gained from visiting, consulting and benchmarking with over 40 specialty clinics in 17 countries since 2005, Dr. Fritz has recently launched a global consulting firm that assists other periodontists in improving the experience for their patients.
