Before joining us, Autumn worked as a teacher, graphic designer, and digital marketer, combining visual and written communication in dynamic ways. Her diverse background now helps her craft thoughtful, polished letters that reflect our commitment to care and professionalism.

When she’s not at her desk, Autumn enjoys reformer Pilates and painting outdoors. She also speaks Korean, combining her interest in language with a love for learning new perspectives.
