Another exciting lecture here at the Learning Stream! We had the opportunity to “play” with our food as we explored the world of protein, and it’s many forms. The dynamic pairing of Dr. Wendy Ward’s evidence based research and Chef Olaf Mertens culinary expertise made for a memorable evening where attendees were able to to compare and taste plant based and animal based proteins in new ways!
